Production

We are experienced producer of light and durable aluminium alloy castings. We have a fully automated foundry cell of clamping force 280t. Thanks to which we cast in a full automatic cycle (pressure mold temperature controller, automatic mold spraying device, collecting robot, hydraulic press) and we are competitive in price and quality. We lead the client from concept to project and make a 3D test printing, after the customer’s approval, a casting form is made and implemented to the continuous production. We provide full treatment of aluminium castings (trimming, mass finishing, tumbling, grinding, drilling and threading on CNC machines). We also offer powder coating due to cooperation with external companies.

We make castings according to customer requirements. Their quality is documented together with the chemical composition of the alloy. Items are subject to continuous and detailed quality control at all stages of production.

Our team of experienced and qualified employees who supervise the foundry work observe the implemented technological processes. Modern machine park allows us to control every step of the process. Owing to that we can offer the highest quality product in accordance with the documentation and order specifications, and finally the products are characterized by the highest quality, efficiency and durability.

In accordance with the client's wishes, we use various methods of packaging and securing products for transport.
